Cassie M Osborne RN, MSN, OCN, ONN-CG

Oncology nursing has always been Cassie Osborne's passion. She started in 2008 with her ASN from University of Indianapolis (Uindy) working at the IU Simon Cancer Center. From 2013-2015, she finished her BSN to MSN in Nursing Education from Western Governors University (WGU). In 2015, Ms. Osborne took a position as the General Oncology Nurse Navigator at Community Health Network- South Region. This position covers Hematology malignancy, GI/Colorectal malignancy, Brain malignancy, Melanoma/Skin malignancy, Sarcoma, and Unknown primary malignancies.

Locally, she holds the role of Secretary with our Central Indiana Oncology Navigator Network. She has been married 20 years to her husband Brad and have one teenage son name Luke. They are a busy family that enjoys being active in church, scouting, and watching their son Luke swim.
