Elizabeth Harris is a New York native and has over twenty-five years of experience in various administrative and senior management roles within the financial industry, working for top Fortune 100 investment banking companies such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Then having moved to South Florida sixteen years ago, she quickly moved up the corporate ladder onto various roles from Chief of Staff for RSA Group and then continued onto her role as the Human Resources Director of CU Business Capital, an investment bank, where she strengthened and retained talent; and implemented successful training practices for employees.

In 2011, Elizabeth was the Director of International Services with 21st Century Oncology and now is GenesisCare USA, largest oncology, healthcare care provider with over 160+ centers worldwide, over 3,000+ employees. She was with 21c for seven+ years and responsible for International business development and creating, structuring and marketing the international program with a healthcare concierge service for patients from abroad seeking oncology care.

Realizing there was a dire need for patients to smoothly and easily access quality oncology care, she spearheaded the department to what today offers a very humane and personalized, hand-holding service. Patients from many different countries seek their care on a daily basis as they entrust Elizabeth and her team to guide them step-by-step on their difficult journey of a cancer diagnosis. Their program has grown exponentially year after year and she is very proud of being able to help people during their difficult times. One of her many passions is being a strong patient advocate and navigator and has been able to assist many charitable cases through her work at 21C.

Out of this strong passion for helping patients around the globe, H.O.P.E., Helping Our People Everywhere, Patient Concierge Services was born in 2018, its parent company is QOYA Global Business LLC, which was the most natural transition for her was to continue to help people with services and treatments not readily available in their home country through her own concierge company. She continues to hand hold closely patients in their most difficult times, usually the cancer journey, however assists in other areas of healthcare as well. She is able to manage each case closely from the moment she is contacted and ensures the patient gets access to quality help they need from expediting appointments, managing the case care, communicating with all parties involved, accessing the most cost-effective services – all with the compassion and care patients deserve. This concierge service is open to all patients, with or without insurance, looking to be assisted within South Florida and New York areas as a complimentary service. In May of this year, she has returned to GenesisCare as a Patient Navigator Director (former company name 21st Century Oncology) to assist them with providing oncology services to cancer patients throughout the world, covering the Caribbean and Latin America. Between these two areas of expertise of helping people and international marketing, she gets to do what she loves to do.

Elizabeth received her B.B.A. specializing in Human Resources Management, minoring in Organizational Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Bernard Baruch College in New York, NY. She is board certified as Holistic Health Practitioner by American Board of Drugless Practitioners. She holds a license for skincare specialist in state of Florida.
