Kelli Duprey RPH, MBA
Interim Executive Director and Principle Investigator, OurBrainBank Inc
Kelli Duprey has 30 years of pharmaceutical and health care experience. She has held various positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, international, sales effectiveness, manager markets. She is also a licensed pharmacist.
Currently, Kelli is partner of K&PD Consulting. Her areas of expertise are commercial model evolution, ecosystem and culture changes and executive coaching.
Prior to this, Kelli was Senior Vice President of the Primary Care Franchise at Boehringer Ingelheim. In this role she was had responsible for the P&L of of $10B primary care business. She lead a team of over 3500 people in sales, marketing, sales operations, and Manage Market sales. She joined BI in June of 2014 as Senior Vice President of Sales. She later picked up responsibility of Manage Markets prior to taking on the franchise role.
She joined BI from Pfizer, where she was U.S. Regional President for the North-West Regional Business Unit. She led a team of more than 1,650 colleagues, overseeing strategy, operations and sales with profit and loss responsibility for all Primary Care products.
Prior to joining Pfizer, Kelli was the Area Vice President Midwest, General Therapeutics at sanofi-aventis, where she led a team of 285 colleagues responsible for general therapeutic brands across 11 states. Earlier, she was Marketing Director for Humira® at Abbott International. In a prior role, Kelli was Corporate Director of Global Sales Effectiveness at Serono, S.A. in Switzerland.
Prior to her industry career, Kelli was a Pharmacist and Pediatric Service Chief at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She was also a Director of Pharmacy at Clifton Springs Hospital in Upstate New York.
Kelli earned an MBA degree from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University.
Kelli’s also has extensive non-profit and advisory roles experience. Her current responsibilities are interim Executive Director and Treasurer for Ourbrainbank, a victims advocate and board member for the San Miguel Resource center, treasurer and board member of Telluride Humane Society. Prior to this she was on the board of Women’s Health Foundation, SuperSibs and the advisory board for HBA metro chapter and ONU Pharmacy School.
