Nicole Centers MBA, BSN, RN, OCN, CBCN, CN-BN

Nicole is an Oncology Healthcare Administration Executive with an established record of leadership and accomplishment in patient- centered care within hospitals, infusion centers and physician practices. She is known as a charismatic leader, effective in creating new operational, clinical and financial strategies through driving top line revenues and effectively controlling costs. Having started out as a bedside nurse, she has a strong clinical background coupled with a collaborative management style that inspires extraordinary results by engaging associates, valuing diversity, and shaping culture to support exceptional patient outcomes.

Nicole has and does still chair many national committees including ones with ONCC, AONN+, and NCBC focusing on oncology nursing and navigation and serves on many other committees both locally and nationally. She currently chairs the navigation committee with NCBC and is a member of their Board of Directors. She has won several awards for her work with patient advocacy and as a healthcare leader. Nicole is married to her wonderful husband, has an amazing daughter, and a beautiful granddaughter with whom she spends her out of work time.
