Veronica Morales

Veronica “Roni” Morales is a Care Coordination Specialist, Advocate, and Trainer for Mountain Family Health Centers in Glenwood Springs. Through her training at Colorado Prevention Center, Patient Navigator Training Collaborative, and Colorado Center for Nursing Excellence she has over 9 years’ experience working with high-risk vulnerable populations. Roni is passionate about helping medically underserved patients understand and navigate our complex healthcare system to improve health outcomes, patient care, and patient experience. It is her personal and professional goal to create communities where individuals feel respected, included, feel a sense of belonging, and have the resources necessary to bring their future story to fruition.
