Program Overview
The Eleventh Annual Navigation & Survivorship Conference was a Live-Streamed virtual meeting held on November 4-8, 2020, and certified for up to 21.0 contact hours of CE credit. This program was a live, virtual conference held over 4 days (2 full days and 2 half-days) plus enduring materials for which content will be developed, assessed, and delivered to a large audience in order to extend the educational impact beyond the initial live program.
To further extend the educational reach of the live meeting, the sessions will be hosted as individual enduring webinars for one year.
Target Audience
This educational initiative is intended for hematology/oncology nurse navigators, patient navigators, and social workers whose focus is on cancer care and survivorship. It will also be useful for nurse practitioners, oncology nurses, advanced practice nurses, and other healthcare professionals involved in managing patients with cancer.
