POST TEST AND CLAIMING CE's for AONN+ MIDYEAR HAS EXPIRED.
Program Overview
This activity will be planned and implemented through The Academy of Oncology Nurse and Patient Navigators (AONN+), AKH Inc., Advancing Knowledge in Healthcare (AKH), and Center of Excellence Media (COE).
The Academy of Oncology Nurse & Patient Navigators® (AONN+) will be hosting the 2022 Midyear Conference, May 11-15, 2022, both live in Austin, Texas and via a virtual simulcast for those who cannot join in person. The program will be certified for up to 15.0 contact hours of CE credit. This will be a 4-day hybrid conference that will provide a forum for an open dialogue among nurse navigators in attendance who are involved in providing navigation and survivorship care services for patients with cancer. It will foster discussion regarding the complexities of the cancer care continuum, including financial considerations, access to screening and treatment, the impact of personalized care, psychosocial considerations, and the challenges of various healthcare delivery models. Additionally, this conference will lead to new ideas and potential ways to improve the delivery of navigation and survivorship care services. General and breakout sessions will focus on the various components involved in optimal patient navigation and will provide a wide array of perspectives on these issues.
To further extend the educational reach of the meeting, highlights from the 2022 virtual conference will developed as a Monograph and disseminated to the full AONN membership and the oncology nursing community as a CE-certified 8-12-page supplement that will appear in the Journal of Oncology Navigation & Survivorship®, The Oncology Nurse-APN/PA®, as well as in a digital format on the journal websites: www.TheOncologyNurse.com ; http://www.jons-online.com/
